Boyd's Nest is nestled among two hundred year old tamarind trees with an ocean view to the south and Pillsbury Sound with surrounding islands to the northwest. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is appointed with a king bed upstairs and a king or 2 twins downstairs in the studio bedroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, however a/c is seldom needed because of the cool breezes from the top of this ridge with an elevation over 650 feet. 8' of the 12' deck on the west and south sides of the house has a roof, doubling your living area and offering a delightful transition from the comforts of inside to the semi-tropical outside.

The property was part of larger estate in the Danish Plantation days where cotton, sweet potatoes and vegetables were grown on the terraced slopes. Today it retains the charm with dense vegetation under the shade of stately trees.

Marcy purchased the house in 1994. She sailed south from the west coast of Florida over 25 years ago and never left. "This was my home until my recent marriage. Many special memories were made here and I hope guests will return home with their own great memories." Marcy says.
